Join Laura Pearce & Ciara McKinley  for an immersive half-day Yoga & meditation retreat, designed to help you welcome the new season with calm and clarity.

I'm very excited to announce our first ever half day retreat at the magic Glasshouse Yoga studio.  This will be a self-reflective and immersive experience designed to help you shed winter's heaviness and embrace the renewing energy of spring surrounded by awakening nature in the Glasshouse and secret gardens surrounding us.

Our retreat journey centres on the profound capacity of Yoga to reawaken our bodies and spirits after winter's dormancy. As we move through intentionally crafted sequences, we'll gently open areas that have become contracted during colder months—the shoulders, hips, and heart space.

We will work with the traditional Yogic principle of Aparigraha—non-grasping or non-possessiveness. Together we'll explore how this teaching invites us to release what we've been holding onto, whether physical belongings, limiting beliefs, or emotional patterns that no longer serve us. Spring offers the perfect metaphor for this letting go and making space for new growth.

Laura Pearce

Senior Yoga teacher, Breathworker & founder of Yoga Collective London & Kin Yoga Mats

From physical limitation to spiritual liberation, Laura's Yoga journey began as a necessity rather than a choice. Born with a heart condition that left her constantly sick and with breathing difficulties, she fell down the most magic rabbit hole searching for ways to improve her breathing and wellbeing. She not only overcame her respiratory challenges, but it was a journey led her to physiological achievements that she could never have dreamed of, including high-altitude climbing, and deep-sea freediving.

Today she guides others through practices that honour both limitation and possibility. She believes that our greatest challenges often lead to the deepest wisdom, and our obstacles can become pathways of growth and healing. Laura has achieved things she never thought possible, and loves helping others do the same.

Laura is our resident Glasshouse Yoga chief Yogi, she teaches high-profile corporate clients, and founded the ultimate wellness brand; Kin Yoga Mats in 2020.
